2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and authorised to install applications in your Slack workspace on behalf of your organisation to use the Service.

5. Data and Privacy

Coffee Bot stores the minimum data required to operate: Slack workspace and channel IDs, the profile details Slack provides for members of those channels (user ID, display name, real name, email address and time zone), and pairing history. We do not read the content of your messages, and your data is never sold to third parties.

For full details on how we handle data, please see our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscription and Billing

Coffee Bot offers a free tier for small teams and paid plans for additional channels and features. Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, release updates, or temporarily suspend the Service without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coffee Bot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
